Happiness

We are all looking for happiness. We were created for happiness. In a certain sense, all that we do is in function of our happiness and well being. But in the end, what is "happiness"? Can we pursue directly or is it the result of something else?

This course will approach the theme of happiness from the aspect of the human sciences within a larger Catholic Christian framework. The five session will be offered live via Zoom. Those unable to attend a particular session will have access to the session recordings. With each session, participants will receive support material, practical exercises, and background resources.
